Accounting Manager
Our client is a leading business that has expanded throughout the US! They provide energy resources to consumers and businesses around the world. They are currently seeking an Accounting Manager (Lead Accountant) to join their Accounting team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting projects from development through implementation that have measurable impact on company progress.
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead, providing guidance and development for less experienced accounting professionals and support teams.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Managers and Executives, providing high-level support to Accounting management.
- Ensure that financial reports are completed on time, in accordance with GAAP principles, and accurately reflect financial position.
- Coach, advise, and/or train less-experienced accountants and serve as a point of escalation for more complex accounting issues.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Public foundation a plus
